The 1800s country house, then owned by the Parmeggiani family, is currently property of the Gobbi family. The building develops a square plan on two raised levels, concluded by a four-pitched roof. The lighst are regular and symmetrically distributed. A front staircase leads to the entry of the western front, towards the road, while on the eastern side it's visible a claw-shaped staircase with straight lights. Inside, some rooms preserve the decorations of the XIX - XX century.
