Antica possessione del Consorzio Presbiteriale di Reggio Emilia. E' costituita da un complesso rurale di grande pregio riferibile al XVI-XVII secolo. La disposizione è a corpi separati. La parte civile è a pianta quadrata su due livelli con tetto a quattro ampie falde; le luci sono regolari e simmetricamente distribuite. Il rustico è disposto a sud e presenta verso levante le tracce di un portico a luci archivoltate; è a pianta rettangolare con tetto a due falde.
Ancient possession of the Presbyterian Consortium of Reggio Emilia. It consists of a rural complex of great value attributable to the sixteenth-seventeenth century. The arrangement is in separate bodies. The civil part has a square plan on two levels with a roof with four large pitches; the lights are regular and symmetrically distributed. The cottage is located to the south and has towards the east the traces of a porch with archivolt lights; it is rectangular with a roof with two pitches.
