Valuable rural complex with casino and oratory, the family Spadoni. Once belonged to the Countess Gazzoli. The casino is probably related to the 18th century, perhaps derived from the renovation of an older building. It develops a square plan, with a compact volume, on two levels. The roof is four-pitched; the facing is shoe-shaped. On the eastern facade there is a beautiful loggia with three low-sixth lights which is accessed by an external staircase to a ramp, balustrade, parallel to the facade. The facade of the west is characterized by a small elevation to dormer window.
The oratory dedicated to S. Giovanni Nepomuceno, has a gabled facade underlined by an arched motif. The main farmhouse, with a quadrangular plan and a roof with wide slopes, highlights an interesting structure with an architrave porch. On an external wall of the same rustic, towards the house, is visible the trace of a wall painting in perspective. In the most recent rustic that closes the court to the east remains instead a beautiful landscape painting in front of a balustrade. In recent years, the whole complex has undergone a renovation of residential buildings, partly maintaining its traditional typology and layout.
