The locality is indicated with the place name "Casino Ferrari" in the unitary cadastre dated 1880. Probaby, it an be attributed to Casa Canossa, indicated in the historic cartography of the XVII-XVIII century. It is notable the cottage, on a quadrangular plan developed on three levels articulated by string coursed curbs and by a lower band in ashlar; the roof has four pitches.
