Ancient estate of the Monastery of SS. Peter and Prospero of Reggio. The complex of the Medici and now Beltrami, consists of a civil casino referable to the eighteenth century; has a quadrangular plan on two levels. The front elevation is raised by a terrace in the central part. Above the entrance matured a decorative tile. Today it is in a state of neglect and ruin. In the unitary cadastre of 1880 there is indicated a furnace. Between this estate and the court of the Friars there are two other buildings of interest. In particular, there is a civil casino with a square plan, on three levels and covered with four pitches concluded at the top by a tower and a rural building with juxtaposed elements, with dead door. It’s neoclassical, rectangular in shape, on two levels and covered in four layers.
