Ancient estate of the Monastery of SS.Pietro and Prospero of Reggio. The complex, then owned by the Medici and now Beltrami's, is composed by a civil country house attributable to the XVIII century; it has a quadrangular plan on two levels. The frontal facade is raised by a roof terrace in the central part. Above the entrance a decorative tile is walled in. In the unitary cadastre dated 1880 there's indicated a furnace. Between this estate and the court of the Monks two other interesting buildings are visible. Especially, it's distinguishing the civil country house with square plan, on three levels and four-pitched roof concluded at the top by a tower and a rural buillding with juxtaposed elements, with dead door; it has a neoclassic style, on rectangular plan and four-pitched roof.
