The locality is indicated with the place name "Veneri" in the unitary cadastre dated 1880. The nineteenth-century country house, already property of the Malagoli and then Borettini, presents a square plan developed on three levels with four pitched roof, concluded at the top by a roof terrace0. Thebuilding is articulated to a tower with upper lodge. On the side of the entrance path, it is visible the oratory dedicated to B.V. della Salute, built in 1868 and recently restored with hub front carved by three arched articulations.
