The locality is indicated by the place name "Duchaufour" in the unitary cadastre of 1880. There is the "Podere La Grande", a rural complex with separate buildings. The civil casino develops a square plan, with compact volume, articulated on two levels and concluded with a four-pitched roof. Of relief is also the rustic body with angular portico partly buffered and four-pitched roof. Renovated in recent years, it retains the traditional typology and layout.Always at the edge of the road, almost opposite, is visible a rural building of probable origin sixteenth century, with a large gable facade, quadrangular plan and roof with two large pitched.
