Ancient seventeenth-century estate of the Girolda Factory of the Cathedral of Reggio. Noteworthy is the rural complex with juxtaposed elements with a low-arched dead door. The rustic house, probably rebuilt in the 19th century, is situated to the east. The roof is two-pitched with differentiated ridge.
