In the locality, many interesting typologies can be spotted. It's visible the nineteenth-century dairy, with octagonal plan and with distinguishing three-parted lights; on the detour to Sabbione there's a little chapel with a square plan, front marked by two half angled pilasters and four-pitched roof. A little bit further, there's the cottage, already indicated as property of the Spagni in the unitary cadastre dated 1880. It develops a quadrangular plan on three levels and four-pitched roof. Lastly, on the corner of Via Montessori it's visible a rural building with juxtaposed elements with dead door; it was an ancient estate of the Hospital of Reggio, of which it remains a tile with the emblem walled in the front. It was demolished in recent years.
