Valuable rural complex in abandonment, ancient estate of the Monastery of SS. Peter and Prospero. The unitary cadastre of 1880 indicates the nucleus with the place names "La Corte" and "Casinone dei Frati". Coming from the Castle of the Madonnina was notable first an isolated building, more recent workmanship, now demolished. It was with juxtaposed elements, with dead door; the rustic was to the south and the roof was to two pitches with unique ridge. The court proper, inappropriately destroyed, consisted of an elegant sixteenth-century casino and a nucleus of rural buildings.
The casino, still surviving in a shameful state of neglect and ruin, is a square plan developed on two levels and attic and is concluded by a four-pitched roof. The front facade, facing south, has a beautiful porch with five arches lowered sixth with cross vaults. The lights are regular and symmetrically distributed. Nothing remains of the other rural buildings.
