Eighteenth-century country house, owned by the Trivelli. The original building was probably renovated in the first half of the XIX century, it presents itself in a neoclassic style. The facade develops a long front with a light prominence in the central part, vestment and linear ashlar and it is crowned by a triangular frontispiece. The plan, quadrangular, is articulated on three legels and attic. The lights are regular and symmetrically distributed. The building was bought in 1860 by the factory S.Lazzaro and it was transformed into the pavillons Esquirol and Conolly.
