In the historic cartography of the first decades of the XIX century, it is indicated as "Casino Bertani". Currently, it is owned by the Spallanzani familly. The country house is probably attributable to the end of the XVIII and the beginning of the XX century. It develops a quadrangular plan, articulated on four levels; the central part is raised and concluded by a terrace roof. The lights are regular and symmetrically distributed. A little and interesting park was attached to the villa. It is not excluded that the name "Casino Bertani" can be identified with the Casino Carlozzi, spotted in the nineteenth-century cadastre, located nearby in a side road of via Gozzano and that is highlighted for its charachteristic.
