Laudable XIX century country house, at first property of the Opizzoni, now belongs to the Rocca family. It develops a quadrangular plan, with a solid volume, articulated on three levels and attic. The roof is four-pitched; at the top it shows a balustrade terrace on which there's an open lodged roof terrace. The lights are regular and symmetrically distributed. The windows on the main floor are crowned by a traingular frontispiece; above the entrance there's a little terrace. The front of the facade is articulated by two pairs of coupled pilasters.
