The unitary cadastre dated 1880 indicates a building under the place name "Casino Massa". Currently, the country house belongs to the Davoli-Lasagni family. the building can be attributed to the second half of the XIX century. It develops a square plan articulated on three levels, with solid volume. The lights are regular and symmetrically distributed. A wide arched framing is inserted in the middle of the front, remarking the main floor. The roof is four-pitched, crowned at the top by a lodged roof terrace.
