In the current condition of the researches, it could not be possible to track down any specific historic news about this interesting complex. The house, faced by a little park and an entry route, probably goes back to the first half of the XIX century, It has a factory body, horizontally biparted with a reduced higher part. It has a four-pitched roof, with a front crowning wall extension (mansard) concluded at the top by a little open terrace. A brief staircase with front flight leads to the raised main floor; this has narrow round lights, crowned with an upper moulded architrave.
