The villa is probably attributable, in its original installation, to the XVIII century, it was deeply restructured in the 1800s. It belonged to the Fulloni family, then to the Cocconcelli. Currently the cottage welcomes the kindergarden "Pablo Neruda". The building develops a quadrangular plan on two levels and an attic. The roof is four-pitched, crowed by a closed roof terrace. the lights are regular and symmetrically distributed. Next to the entrance of the villa is located the XVII century oratory, dedicated to the Visit of S.Maria Elisabetta. It presents a humble front that faces the street. Inside, there are still preserved an ancon in plaster and a canvas, work of the sculptur and painter Paolo Emilio Besenzi.
