Il nucleo rurale è indicato con il toponimo di "Forghieri" nel catasto unitario del 1880. E' costituito da un complesso ad elementi separati. Si evidenzia in particolare il casino civile: presenta una pianta quadrata articolata su tre livelli ed un tetto a quattro falde, le luci sono regolari e simmetricamente distribuite. Dall'altro lato della strada è visibile un secondo complesso rurale di più antica origine forse riferibile al XVII-XVIII secolo. Il corpo principale è ad elementi giustapposti con rustico a settentrione; questi sopravanza la struttura con un porticato a levante. Il tetto è a due falde con colmo differenziato.
The rural nucleus is indicated by the name of "Forghieri" in the unitary cadastre of 1880. It consists of a complex with separate elements. It highlights in particular the civil casino: has a square plan articulated on three levels and a four-pitched roof, the lights are regular and symmetrically distributed. On the other side of the road is visible a second rural complex of more ancient origin perhaps referable to the seventeenth-eighteenth century. The main body is juxtaposed with rustic elements to the north; these surpass the structure with a porch to the east. The roof is two-pitched with differentiated ridge.
