Laudable mansion complex with park already of the Ottavi family in the XIX century. In 1912 it went to the Terracchini family, that still own it. The mansion, of Tuscan inspiration, was designed in 1855-1860. At the same time it was realized the little mansion that recalls the forms of the Petit Trianon and of the Belgian Embassy of Rome. The mansion, half destroyed by the bombings in 1944, was skillfully restored by the Painters Cooperation of Reggio Emilia. Inside, there are interesting decorations executed by the painter Brugnoli, plasters and an artistic wood flooring. By the rural buildings is also located an oratory. The very same rustics show typological characteristics particularly interesting like some colonnades with arched lights. Also the park was really interesting in the interruption of the paths and in the formation elements, like a lake. Aligned with the mansion, towards midday, there was a long avenue in perspective that connected it to the road to Cavriago, where there are still located the terminal pilasters. It is visible the beautiful tree-lined avenue accessible from via Emilia.
