An inscription on the inside of the house, on painted dressers, informs us that the building was built (or restored) in 1941, but the current appearance depends on following alterations (the originary gate made of sandstone, was relocated on the inside, in the late XV century portic courtyard). It belonged to the Arlotti family, whose main representative was the bishop Buonfrancesco, of which it is preserved in the cathedral the sepulchral monument of Bartolomeo Spani.
